Poached is your neighborhood brunch restaurant where everyone knows everyone else. Everyone has a favorite menu item, a favorite server, a favorite painting, and a favorite seat. What sets us apart is how we incorporate these preferences into each of our restaurants. Our specials are inspired by, local, seasonal ingredients, quality products, and most importantly customer requests. Our blueberry lemon stuffed French toast was born out of a reminiscent conversation with a customer about her mother’s legendary blueberry lemon pies. A gym member who regularly orders an oversized egg white omelet with veggies, chicken and feta was the inspiration behind our popular “Adonis omelet”
Poached serves breakfast and lunch seven days a week. To insure consistent quality Chef/Owner Ken Vandereecken hand selects produce and products from local and specialized vendors. Ken is a classically trained chef who has worked in high end restaurants in Belgium, France, and the U.S. He opened his first restaurant in Belgium eight years ago. Upon returning to the U.S, Ken and Brandi opened the first Poached on the first day of 2010. The fusion of Ken’s attention to detail and Brandi’s creativity, energy and drive has rewarded us with three locations in three years! Please stop in and pick out some favorites!
